The Wixom Department of Public Works now accepts computers and computer peripherals from Wixom businesses and residents. The computer drop-off is self-serve and is located at 2041 Charms Road in Wixom. It is open Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Businesses and homeowners with greater than 250 pounds of computers are asked to call Classic Computer Recovery directly at (734) 732-1784 to make alternate arrangements.
The August and September Board Meetings will take place at the Farmington Hills City Hall at 31555 West Eleven Mile Rd. The meetings will be at the regularly scheduled time of 9:30am on Thursday, August 23rd and Thursday, September 27th.

The Southfield drop-off will be closed the weekend of August 11-12 for parking lot repairs. The Novi drop-off will be open during that time and will also temporarily accept cardboard. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It is a work in progress and is often updated as things change. Please let us know if you would like to see information added or a mistake corrected.

Old license plates are now accepted for recycling at the Southfield drop-off. The drop-off is located at 20000 West Eight Mile Road, on the Northeast corner of Eight Mile and Evergreen. The drop-off is open 24 hours, is free of charge, and is self-serve.

Beginning March 1, 2006, residents and small businesses can permanently drop-off used computer equipment at the RRRASOC's Southfield Recycling Drop-Off, located at the northeast corner of Eight Mile Rd. and Evergreen Rd. The equipment will be recycled or refurbished for reuse. Computer equipment only. No televisions, VCRs, DVD players, stereos or other electronic equipment.
